The Example of Narrowing Paragraph

Hello readers!

Have you ever had trouble finding up with a topic to write about? In the first case, how do you begin the introduction to an article of writing? So, in this blog post, I'd like to share a few tips for writing clear, understandable text for readers. After you've decided on a topic, you'll need to narrow it down to a specific focus. Thus, from general concept to specific concept.

By narrowing down your focus, you can create a more focused and engaging piece of writing. So next time you're struggling to come up with a topic, try using these tips to narrow it down and make your writing more impactful.

Steps to Narrowing a Topic :

1. Start with a general topic: choose a topic and describe it in general terms using 5W + 1H questions. ex: the topic is holiday, so you can tell with this method:

What  : about the holiday season and people activities?
Who   : The subject is you and your friends.
when  : new year holiday
where : the activity, like family time or traveling
Why   : the reason why you chose your destination

So, here I want to write an example of a narrow paragraph.

Title : Hiking Mount Rinjani

During the holiday season, everyone looks forward to taking a vacation. Some people want to go to the beach, others want to travel, or maybe visit a playground like DUFAN, WBL, Jatim Park, and so on. This summer holiday, my friends and I decided to go hiking in the mountains. Later, we set out to climb Mount Rinjani, located in Lombok, NTB. My friend and I flew from Juanda airport in Surabaya and landed at Lombok international airport at 4 pm. Then we boarded a bus to the basecamp, where we met other enthusiastic climbers. We think that choosing a nature vacation is a good choice for the health of the body and mind because we are close to nature and breath freash air and see nature.

So that's a simple example of a narrowing paragraph. It all starts with the the basics. Keep doing to write and practice. I'll see you later:)
